Elaulla village is a remote area in Dehiovita Secretrial Division in kegalle district. With the aim of providing health care to the community cilnic building was constructed in 2015 under the Deyata Kirula Project. Until now the building was used as public Health Midwife Office. Under the Patronage of Dr. Kapila Kannangara Provincial Director of Health Services Sabaragamuwa and Dr. Asela Perera Regional Director of Health Services the cilnic center was opened as Primary Medical Care Unit (PMCU) on 25.07.2022 providing many health related Services to the public.
