Regional Dental Surgeon Unit

1. Supervision, Management and Administration of all School Dental Clinics and Hospital Dental Clinics in Kegalle Region.
2. Be responsible for supply of drugs, equipement, material to all Dental Clinics in Kegalle Region.
3. Co-ordinate with Bio Medical Unit regarding the maintenance and repair of equipements.
4. Advice, support and supervise all oral Health programmes.
5. Collect, compileand analyse statistics and relevant data pretaining to he Dental Services.
6. Organize in service training programmes and workshops for all dental staff in the region.
